Having a pulse on what your customers think of you is critical to ensuring your long-term survival as a business. But it can be difficult to ask (or to remember to ask) customers how they're feeling about you to make sure you're keeping as many people happy as possible.
We've tried to make that a little easier by building an agency feedback form into our websites. We designed the form to be anonymous, but the customer can optionally provide their name if they're comfortable doing so.
If you're interested in collecting more feedback, you could place a "How are we doing?" link to this page in your email signature, and have all of your agency's staff do the same.
