Car Insurance in Ethiopia

Watch this video (in total awe) of a major intersection in Meskel Square, Addis Abeba (Ethiopia).  No traffic lights and seemingly no rhyme or reason to the traffic pattern, although there must be some etiquette hiding here somewhere, as there's not a single accident in the full two minutes, even with pedestrians crossing the street. 

I wonder what car insurance costs here...
