Blog Topic Idea: Sinkhole Coverage

Another sinkhole in Florida collapsed a three-story resort near Disney World last week.  Perhaps it's common knowledge in Florida whether sinkhole damage is covered by a standard home insurance policy, but what about other states where this is less common?

What are some other kinds of property damage that can occur that would not be covered by a standard policy, but would be catastrophic to a homeowner?  I'm thinking mud slides, things falling out of the sky onto your home, a neighbor's tree falling onto a home, etc.  These Q&A type articles are great for the blog on your insurance agency website!
