Do Not Reply - Why?

Customer email addresses are kept private

Please do not reply to this email

When we send website request notification emails — such as when someone submits a contact message or a quote request on your website — the customer's email address is not shown. This is to protect their privacy, because email is not a secure means of information delivery.

Not only is the customer's email address not shown, it's not included anywhere in the email. Specifically, it's not in any email headers, which means there's no way for you to simply click "Reply" to start a new email to the customer.

To start a new email to the person who submitted the request, simply click the link in the notification email to view the website request. From there, you can click the customer's email address to open a new email addressed to that person.
