Zapier is a hub you can use to connect two or more systems together that otherwise don't know how to talk to each other. It's similar to an interpreter mediating a conversation between two people who don't speak a common language, but for computers.
When someone submits a form on your website, whether it's a quote request, a service request, or a contact message, LightRail (our insurance agency website platform) can send the form submission data to Zapier, and what happens from there is up to you. You could have it add the data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, or put a file in your Dropbox folder, or take an action using any other of Zapier's 2,000+ apps.
